目的了解护士在各种灾害救援中的力量配置情况,掌握护士在突发灾害救援中的作用,以便在应急前做好救援准备,从而提高灾害救助的水平,确保救援措施快速到位.方法本研究以2006年至2013年以来我院护士参加的6次医疗救援信息数据为基础,对护理救援工作进行回顾性调查,并进行系统分析,总结在各种突发灾害救援中护理力量配置的特点与规律.结果洪涝灾害和交通意外造成灾情不同,导致出现的疾病谱有所不同,因此针对不同灾害,各类专科护士力量配置亦不同.结论通过早期评估灾情,根据疾病谱的不同,相应调整护士配置,最终满足在各种突发灾害医疗救援中的护理需要.

Objective To know the nurse power configuration in a variety of disaster relief,grasp the nurse's role in the emergency disaster relief,in order to prepare well before the emergency relief,thereby increasing the level of disaster relief,to ensure that the rescue measures in place quickly.Methods In this study,we investigated the rescue nursing work based on the information of six-time medical rescue participated by nurses in my hospital,retrospectively,and carried out systematic analysis,summarized characteristics and rules of configuration in a variety of sudden disaster relief force in nursing.Results The disasters caused by floods and traffic accidents were different,resulting in different disease spectrums.So for different disasters,various specialist nurses force configuration should also be different.Conclusions By early assessment of the situation,adjusting nurse configurations according to different spectrums of diseases,we can eventually meet needs of care in a variety of medical rescues in sudden disasters.
