目的 了解医护人员对陪住问题的看法,为医院陪住安全管理提供一些依据.方法 采用自行设计调查问卷,对198名医护人员进行问卷调查.结果 医护人员不明确<医院分级管珲评审工作手册>中的三级医院陪伴率≤5%的规定,或对其所要求的陪住率并不认可;不同科室和职务的医护人员对医院陪住的看法存在差异;医护人员认为把满足病人的心理需求、保证住院病人安全才是陪住管理应该考虑的首要因素.结论 应根据病房特点,制定适合病房要求的陪住管理措施,加大对医护人员陪住管理的宣传.

Objective To investigate medical personnel' cognition on patients' company and provide evidence for safety management. Methods A total of 198 medical personnel were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results Medical personnel in the hospital were not clear about grading management regulations according to the handbook of hospitals (the company rate should be less than 5%) or did not approve hospital company. Personnel in different departments or with different posts showed different views to hospital company. Medical researchers thought that satisfying the psychological needs of patients and ensuring safety were the primary factors that should be considered. Conclusions Hospitals should formulate the requirements for patients' company management according to the characteristics of different wards and strengthen the propagandas to heahhcare workers about company management.
