目的 分析各种影响接受造血干细胞移植术患者睡眠质量的因素,并探讨有效的应对策略.方法 同时应用匹兹堡睡眠质量评估量表(PSQI)和自制睡眠影响因素调查问卷对2011年5-11月在100级层流病房(LAFR)内行造血干细胞移植术的58例患者的睡眠质量进行测评,并结合测评结果进行护理干预.结果 58例造血干细胞移植患者中有49例(84.5%)存在睡眠障碍,主要影响因素依次为担心移植成功率、病房噪音、身体不适、留置管影响及担心经济负担.结论 造血干细胞移植患者睡眠质量普遍下降,并受多种因素影响.应加强该类患者的睡眠护理,提高其睡眠质量,促进患者康复.

Objective To analyze various influencing factors on sleep quality in patient undergone transplantation of hematopoietic stem cell,and explore effective strategies.Methods Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and homemade sleep influencing factors questionnaire were used to evaluate the sleep quality among 58 cases of patients undergone transplantation of hematopoietic stem cell admitted in 100 laminar flow unit (LAFR) during May to November 2011,and nursing intervention was performed according to survey results.Results Forty-nine out of 58 cases of patients had sleep disorders,which accounted for 84.5%.The main factors included worries about the successful rate of transplantation,ward noise,physical discomfort,indwelling tube effect and worries about the economic burden.Conclusions The sleep quality of patients who are undergone transplantation of hematopoietic stem cell declined generally,and is affected by many factors.Sleep care for such patients should be strengthened so as to improve their sleep quality and promote recovery.
