This paper was focused on exploration of practices of innovative models and skills,with a view to developing nursing culture and including modern features and local characteristics of our hospital.The purpose of those practices was to construct a research nursing department,to create a nursing brand for its "heartwarming services",and to develop a first-rale nursing staff.
