目的 探讨紫外线灯管与镇流器最佳匹配,以获取最佳的紫外线辐照强度和最长的紫外线灯管使用寿命.方法 选择A、B、C 3个厂家3种镇流器各5个和a、b两个厂家的紫外线灯管各5根,分别组合监测紫外线灯管的辐照强度,并将6组数据的均数与紫外线强度正常值(90μW/cm2)分别进行比较.结果 6组紫外线强度均值分别为(116.64±1.89),(96.08±2.20),(95.84±1.57),(93.16±1.62),(86.04±1.62),(81.80±2.57) μW/cm2,与正常值(90 μW/cm2)比较,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为99.67,19.54,26.30,13.79,17.28,22.56;P均<0.05).镇流器A、B与紫外线灯管a、h分别组合所监测的紫外线强度合格率100%,而镇流器C与紫外线灯管a、b组合紫外线强度合格率均为0,与国家标准相比差异均有统计学意义(P=0.00).结论 不同镇流器对紫外线灯管强度有一定的影响,当紫外线灯管使用寿命较短时,要及时检查其与镇流器的匹配性.

Objective To explore the best match of new ballasts and new UV lamps so as to obtain best UV radiation intensity and maximum service longevity.Methods Five new ballasts from manufacturers A,B and C together with 5 lamps from manufacturers a and b were selected,then,to monitor the radiation intensity of different pairs respectively,and compare the normal value(90 μW/cm2).Results Ultraviolet intensity means respectively were (116.64±1.89),(96.08 ±2.20),(95.84 ± 1.57),(93.16 ± 1.62),(86.04 ± 1.62),(81.80 ±2.57) μW/cm2,and there were statistical significant differences compared with the normal value (t=99.67,19.54,26.30,13.79,17.28,22.56;P <0.05).Pass rate of the mach A,B and a,b was to be 100%,and that of mach C and a,b was 0%,compared with that of national standard showed that the difference was statistical significant (P =0.00).Conclusions Different ballasts have a certain influence on the UV lamp intensity.While the UV lamp service life is short,we should time check the match of ballast.
