目的 探讨护理礼仪临床应用的现状.方法 采用自行设计的护理礼仪培训调查问卷对全院139名护士进行调查,分析护理礼仪临床应用的情况.结果 护士工作年限、职称、学历因素与护理礼仪的了解度相关；5年以上工作年限护士普遍对护理礼仪的认知水平较低；95.7％的护士对护理礼仪的作用认识较高,认为护理礼仪很重要；44.6％的护士不知道怎样做；37.4％的护士认为身边同事不这么做；18％的护士还存在不正确认识.结论 建议护理管理者注重护理礼仪的培训,营造良好礼仪环境,转变护理人员对护理礼仪不正确的认识,以适应新时期护理工作的需要.

Objective To investigate the status of nursing etiquette in clinical applications.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey about nursing etiquette awareness and influencing factors was conducted in 139 nurses throughout the hospital,and the collected data was processed with SPSS 11.0 system.Results The degree of understanding of nursing etiquette was highly related to the career length,tide,and education etc.of nurses.In general,their knowledge about nursing etiquette was insufficient,but most of them (95.7％) were quite aware of the role and importance of nursing etiquette.Nevertheless,44.6％ of the nurses knew little about how to perform it in clinic application; 37.4％ of respondents considered a lack of etiquette in their colleagues; and 18％ of the nurses exposed some misunderstanding of the etiquette.Conclusions In order to meet the requirements of nursing in a new age,nursing managers should emphasize the training of nursing etiquette,create a nice etiquette environment,and correct the misunderstandings of the nursing etiquette in the nursing communities.
