目的 探讨复合型含乙醇的无水洗手液在移植层流病房中的应用效果.方法 将65名护理人员随机分成对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=33),对照组采用传统先刷后洗方法洗手,观察组采用复合型含乙醇的无水洗手液揉搓消毒方法,连续1周做两组护理人员手部的细菌培养并观察皮肤发生干燥、脱皮、皲裂、发红或毛糙等症状发生率情况.结果 观察组皮肤破损率为3.0%,低于对照组的15.6%,观察组检出菌落次数为3次,低于对照组的60次,差异均有统计学意义(x2分别为6.761,10.538;P<0.05).结论 免利式外科洗手较传统的刷手减少了皮肤损伤,大大提高了护理人员对洗手规范的依从性,且消毒效果可靠.

Objective To study the application effect of water-free compound hand sanitizer containing ethanol in transplantation laminar wards.Methods 65 nurses were randomly divided into the control group (n =32) and the observation group (n =33).The control group used traditional hand sterilizing method,while the observation group used water-free compound hand sanitizer containing ethanol to sterilize.Hand situation including dry,peeling,chapping,redness and coarse was compared between two groups after one week germiculture of their hands.Results The rate of skin damage was 3.0% in the observation group and 15.6% in the control group,the number of colony was 3 in the observation group and 60 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =6.761,10.538,respectively;P<0.05).Conclusions Surgical hand scrubing can reduce skin damage and improve nurses' compliance to sanitizer standards,and the sterilizing effect is reliable.
