目的 探讨小组讨论式健康教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者康复护理中的应用效果.方法 将符合纳入标准的COPD患者随机分为对照组(48例)和实验组(42例),对照组采用常规的健康教育方法,实验组采用常规健康教育+讨论式健康教育法,分别于第1次讨论会开始前及出院的3个月电话随访时对患者COPD康复治疗和氧疗认知、行为以及吸氧依从性进行评价.结果 小组讨论式健康教育方法使得认知、行为得分分别提高(6.31 ±3.60)和(6.58 ±6.01)分,高于对照组的(4.29±5.48)和(4.05±4.49)分(t值分别为-2.04,-2.22;P <0.05),吸氧依从性好的患者所占的比例(92.9%)较对照组(60.4%)高,差异具有统计学意义(x2 =12.764,P<0.05).结论 小组讨论式健康教育是促进COPD患者康复护理措施落实的有效途径,值得在临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the application effect of group discussion health education model in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients' rehabilitation nursing.Methods The patients were randomly divided into the test group(n =42) and the control group(n =48).The control group received routine health education,while test group adopted routine nursing and discussion health education method.Then evaluated the recognition of COPD rehabilitation therapy and oxygen therapy,behaviors,compliance of inspired oxygen before first discussion and after discharge three months.Results The recognition and behavior scores in test group were significantly higher than that in control group [(6.31 ± 3.60) vs (4.29 ± 5.48),(6.58 ±6.01) vs (4.05 ± 4.49) ; t =-2.04,-2.22,respectively; P < 0.05].The compliance rate of inspired oxygen of test group was significantly higher than that of control group (92.9% vs 60.4%,x2 =12.764,P < 0.05).Conclusions The routine nursing and discussion health education method can improve the respiration rehabilitation nursing of patients with COPD,which is worthily recommended for the clinical application.
