目的 评价PDCA循环法在规范管理门诊急救药品、物品过程中的效果.方法 对门诊急救药品、物品管理中存在的问题进行分析研究,根据PDCA循环管理法计划(P)、实施(D)、检查(C)与处理(A)4个阶段对门诊急救药品、物品进行管理.每个月进行考核评价管理效果.结果 1个循环周期结束后,急救药品、物品应用的急救箱存放及急救药品、物品完好合格率均为100％,急救箱管理合格率为100％.门诊护士对急救箱管理制度掌握得分从(79±9)分上升至(92±5)分,对急救药品知识掌握情况从(65±9)分上升至(80±8)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.94,9.81；P＜0.01).结论 PDCA循环法对门诊急救药品、物品的规范管理是行之有效的方法.

Objective To evaluate the application of PDCA circulation method in the standard management of outpatient emergency medicine and materials.Methods By analyzing the problems existing in the management of outpatient emergency medicine and materials,a series of reform plans (P),do (D),check (C),action(A) were developed.It was ensured the plan to implement (D) by positive action.It was inspected by mode of regular and irregular supervision and inspection (C).The results of the examination were analyzed and summarized in order to improve the work (A).By 4 months of 1 cycles of PDCA circulation method outpatient emergency medicine and materials were managed.Results All outpatient nurses grasped the situation of the management emergency boxes,the average scores were increased from (79 ± 9) to (92 ± 5) ;All outpatient nurses grasped the situation of the management emergency boxes,four times the average scores of emergency medicine knowledge was increased from (65 ± 9) to (80 ± 8),and the difference was statistically significant(t =9.94,9.81;P ＜0.01).Conclusions PDCA circulation method is the effective method in the standard management of outpatient emergency medicine and materials.
