目的 探讨系统化培训对手术室进修护士理论与技能水平的影响.方法 将64名在病房手术室进修的手术室护士随机分为传统组和实验组,每组32名.分别对两组进修护士采取传统方法培训和系统化方法培训,培训期满对两组护士进行理论和操作技能的考核以及医生满意度调查.结果 实验组培训的进修护士的理论水平及操作技术成绩分别为(97.16±1.82),(95.88±1.50)分,高于传统组的(92.56±1.52),(93.50±1.93)分,差异有统计学意义(t分别为10.97,5.45;P <0.01);实验组手术医生的满意率为96.9%,高于传统组的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.010,P<0.05).结论 与传统方法相比,采取系统化培训更有助于对提高手术室进修护士的专业技能和综合素质.

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic training on theory and skill level of refresher nurses in operating room.Methods From September 2009 to December 2011,64 new refresher nurses were enrolled in the study and divided into conventional group and systematic group with 32 nurses in each group.Conventional and systematic training methods had been applied in the two groups respectively,examinations regarding nursing theory and manipulation techniques on operative cooperation had been completed after the training,a questionnaire to investigate whether the surgeons satisfying with refresher nurses was used at the same time.The results were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The test scores of theory and manipulation skills in systematic group were (97.16 ± 1.82) and (95.88 ± 1.50) respectively and conventional group were (92.56 ± 1.52),(93.50 ± 1.93),the difference were significant (t =10.97,5.54,respectively;P <0.01).The rate of satisfaction concerning refresher nurses was 96.9% in systematic group significantly higher than 81.3% in conventional group(x2 =4.010,P <0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional manner systematic training can further improve the professional competence and overall qualities of the refresher nurses in operating room.
