目的通过德尔菲(Delphi)专家调查法确定临床产科专科护士核心能力培训课程内容.方法查阅国内外文献与临床产科护理实践现况,设计培训课程问卷,选取本领域的专家40名运用Delphi法进行2轮调查咨询.结果本研究2轮问卷有效回收率为92％和97％,协调系数W为0.423,P ＜0.001,专家咨询权威系数为0.858,熟悉系数为0.900,判断系数为0.817,问卷的信度Cronbanch's α系数为0.802,专家内部一致性系数为0.782.确定了一级指标4项,二级指标20项的产科专科护士核心能力培训课程.结论产科专科护士核心能力培训课程的设置,为今后进行产科专科护士核心能力培养与继续教育提供依据与方向.

Objective To study the course setting of the core competencies training for obstetrics nurse specialists (OBNS).Methods A total of 40 nursing experts were selected by Delphi method for two turns of questionnaires.Results Two turns of questionnaires had a 92％ and 97％ valid return.The Coordination coefficient was 0.423 (P ＜ 0.001).The CR,Cs and Ca was 0.858,0.900,and 0.817.The overall scale reliability had a Cronbach' sα of 0.802 and a overall interrater agreementof 0.782.The final course setting for OBNS was confirmed,consisting of 4 items (basic nursing of obstetrics,core nursing technique and knowledge,obstetrics nursing administration,Legal/ethical practice) in the first dimension and 20 items in the second dimension.Conclusions It is necessary and feasible to provide professional training for obstetrics nurses.The course setting for OBNS will underlie core competencies training and continuing education.
