目的 建立促进眼科患者康复,提高护士专业水平及患者满意度,达到医患双赢的健康教育模式.方法 对责任护士进行规范化培训后,采用医生护士同组化、入院评估检查同步化、术前谈话共同化、术后查房同时化的方式,对患者进行围手术期“全程无缝隙的医疗服务”,回顾性调查分析医护一体化健康教育模式实施前后护士专业水平、护理工作质量、患者对医疗结果的满意度.结果 实施医护一体化健康教育模式后,护士的专科考试合格率、晚间查房问题回答正确率、对治疗方案的掌握率分别为100.0%,96.3%,94.7%,分别高于实施前的90.3%,85.4%,87.5%,差异均有统计学意义(x2值分别为7.13,8.34,4.69;P <0.05).护理工作质量综合指标(疼痛评分、住院费用、功能结果、患者满意度、护理质控得分)均优于实施医护一体化健康教育模式前,两者差异有统计学意义(t/x2值分别为33.75,10.52,3.64,11.30,12.70;P <0.05).结论 医护一体化健康教育模式有利于提高护士的专业水平和业务技能,提升护理质量及患者满意度,构建和谐医患关系.

Objective To establish the health education model in order to promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the specialty knowledge level of nurses and the satisfactory degree of patients,and to achieve further a win-win situation for doctors and patients.Methods The charge nurses received a standardized training and then worked together with doctors in the same group on the following contents at the same time:physical examination and evaluation on admission,preoperative conversation and ward round after operation,and in order to provide one-stop medical services for patients during the whole perioperative period.A retrospective investigation method was used to analyze the specialty knowledge level of nurses,the quality of nursing work and patient satisfaction with the results of medical treatment before and after establishment and practice of the health education model aimed at integration of doctors and nurses.Results After carrying out the health education model aimed at integration of doctors and nurses,the pass rate of test on specialist knowledge,the correct rate of answering question while making evening rounds and the grasp rate of treatment programs were 100.0%,96.3%and 94.7%,respectively,all of which were higher than those were 90.3%,85.4% and 87.5% before carrying out the health education model,and these differences were statistically significant (x2 =7.13,8.34,4.69,respectively; P < 0.05).After carrying out the health education model aimed at integration of doctors and nurses,overall indicators of nursing quality (including pain scores,hospital costs,functional outcomes,patients satisfaction and nursing quality control scores) were better than those before carrying out the health education model (t/x2 =33.75,10.52,3.64,11.30,12.70,respectively; P <0.05).Conclusions Establishment and practice of the health education model aimed at integration of doctors and nurses can improve the specialty knowledge level and operation skill of nurses and increase nursing quality and patients satisfaction,which is helpful for building the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
