目的 探讨护理流程再造对心血管科护理服务质量的影响.方法 选取本院心血管科20名护理人员,通过设立护理流程再造管理小组及制定工作计划对本院心血管科1个病区实行护理流程改造.分别选取实施护理流程再造前后的住院患者作为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者护理不良事件的发生情况、质量控制标准评分及满意度.结果 观察组护理不良事件发生率(4.0%)略低于对照组(8.5%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在基础护理、专科护理、护理技术操作、病房管理及健康知识知晓率等方面的质量控制标准评分均显著高于对照组[(93.60±0.72)/(83.18 ±0.47),(93.12 ±0.21)/(83.61±0.26),(94.48±0.31)/(82.58±0.68),(92.36±1.46)/(83.40±0.72),95.5%/86.0%],两组比较差异有统计学意义(t/x2值分别为171.385,402.410,225.191,77.840,10.751;P<0.01).观察组电话回访表扬人数多于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=4.396,P<0.05).结论 实施护理流程再造能显著提高质量控制标准评分,降低护理不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing process reengineering on nursing service quality in department of cardiovascular.Methods Twenty nurses were chosen in Department of Cardiovascular of our hospital.By means of establishing nursing process reengineering management groups and making work plans,and one ward in Department of Cardiovascular were implemented nursing process transformation.The hospitalized patients who were conducted and not conducted nursing process reengineering were chosen as the observation group and control group,respectively.The occurrence of nursing adverse reactions,the standard score of quality control and the degree of patients' satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of nursing adverse reactions in the observation group (4.0%) was slightly lower than control group (8.5%),and the difference was no statistically significant (P > 0.05).The standard scores of the quality control including basic nursing,specific nursing,nursing technical operation,ward management and awareness rate of health knowledge were respectively [(93.60 ± 0.72),(93.12 ± 0.21),(94.48 ± 0.31),(92.36 ±1.46),95.5%] in the observation group,and were higher than [(83.18 ±0.47),(83.61 ±0.26),(82.58 ± 0.68),(83.40 ± 0.72),86.0%] in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t/x2 =171.385,402.410,225.191,77.840,10.751,respectively; P < 0.01).The number of people praised through telephone in the observation group was markedly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.396,P < 0.05).Conclusions Implementation of nursing process reengineering can significant increase the standard score of quality control,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse reactions and improve the degree of patients' satisfaction.
