目的探讨速效救心丸和米醋配比外敷法治疗带状疱疹对患者后遗神经痛发生率的影响.方法选取本院患有带状疱疹的门诊和住院患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组40例与对照组40例.对照组给予抗病毒药物阿昔洛韦凝胶外敷疱疹,观察组给予速效救心丸和米醋配比法外敷疱疹,均至皮疹结痂.两组患者跟踪调查2个月,采用VAS评分,VAS评分＞0分持续30 d以上定义为发生后遗神经痛,比较两组患者的后遗神经痛发生率.结果观察组后遗神经痛发生率(52.5％,21/40)低于对照组(80％,32/40),差异有统计学意义(x2=6.7645,P＜0.01).结论速效救心丸和米醋配比法外敷可减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生.

Objective To explore the effect of Suxiao Jiuxin pill combined with rice vinegar on the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia in herpes zoster patients.Methods Eighty outpatients and inpatients with herpes zoster were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,each with 40 cases.The control group received the antiviral drug acyclovir gel to treat the herpes,and the observation group received Suxiao Jiuxin pill combined with rice vinegar.The patients were evaluated by the visual analogue scale (VAS) during two months follow-up period,and it was defined as the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia that the score of VAS was more than 0,and the more than 0 score of VAS was sustained more than 30 days.The incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia was compared between two groups.Results The incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia was 52.5 ％ (21/40) in the observation group,and was lower than 80％ (32/40) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =6.7645,P＜0.01).Conclusions The Suxiao Jiuxin pill combined with rice vinegar can decrease the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia following herpes zoster.
