为了了解护理学专业学生对专业喜爱程度及其毕业就业意向,为护理学专业教育改革和发展提供参考,本研究对中山大学2007级~2010级护理学专业200名本科学生进行了问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析.调查结果表明,各年级学生对专业的喜爱程度不同,差异有统计学意义;各年级学生对专业的了解情况不同,差异有统计学意义,随着学生就读年级的增高,学生对专业的喜爱及了解程度有所趋势;有很大一部分学生并非自愿选择本专业;有39.5%的学生表示毕业后会从事护理工作,各年级学生选择毕业后从事护理工作的人数不同,差异有统计学意义,年级越高,愿意从事护理工作的比例越高.学校应当对护理学专业报考者有一定的要求,如要有对该专业的基本了解和喜爱、要有较好的文化素质,学校还要对学生进行一定的前期教育.

In order to probe into the professional fondness degree and vocational intention of undergraduate students and put forward countermeasures for nursing education and professional development,a total of 200 nursing undergraduate students in SUN Yat-sen University were enrolled into this questionnaire survey,and several statistical methods were used for data analysis.According to the results of the survey,the fondness and knowing degree of the major were diverse in different students,and it was rising along with the increasing of the grade.Most of the students were not voluntary to choose this professional,39.5% students wanted to be a nurse in the future,the choice was dissimilar in different grade.The higher the grade was,the more students chose to be a nurse.This suggested that the university should have some requirements for recruiting students.People who love nursing and have good cultural quality could be chose,and the early education for choosing major should be proceed.
