病原生物学与感染性疾病是一门由医学微生物学、人体寄生虫学和传染病学组成的整合课程.本文以此整合课程建设为例,阐述了在“以器官系统为中心”的课程模式下,开展基础医学与临床医学教师教学合作与交流的必要性,介绍了在此门全新整合课程建设中有关教学内容、教学大纲、教学方式、实验课程和考试等多方面的教改新举措,以及基础与临床教师在整合课程中的合作与交流.

Pathogen biology and infectious diseases is an integrated course which consists of medical microbiology,parasitology and infectious diseases.This paper takes this integrated course as an example,discusses the importance of the cooperation and communication between the basic medicine teaching and the clinical medicine teaching under the organ-system-based curriculum,and also demonstrates the exploration and practice of the course construction which includes the teaching contents,syllabus,teaching methods,laboratory course and exam reform.
