目的 了解高职高专教育护理专业男女学生实习期间的心理压力与压力应对方式的种类、基本特点,为探索切合实际的高职高专教育护理专业学生心理健康教育的内容与方法,开展有针对性的高职高专教育护理专业学生心理健康教育活动,促进高职高专教育护理专业学生心理健康发展提供依据.方法 以宁波卫生职业技术学院2009级、2010级护理专业521名学生为研究对象,于实习中期采用在曹颖设计的学生压力源量表基础上编制的压力源量表进行问卷测试.结果 调查结果表明,学生压力源主要来源于“接触传染性疾病”、“学校教学与临床之间的差距”、对“患者及家属的评价”等院内因素.学生面对压力时基本采用积极应对方式解决问题,较少采用消极应对方式;不同性别学生压力源及应对方式有所不同.结论 男女学生实习中期压力源及压力应对方式较集中,面对压力基本采用积极应对方式解决问题,男女学生在压力源及压力应对方式上存在差异.提示我们,在开展高职高专教育护理专业学生心理健康教育和指导时,要结合不同性别学生的特点,有针对性地开展工作,教育学生积极乐观应对压力,提高压力应对能力.

Objective In order to know the content and methods which can meet the needs of mental health education,and provide a scientific basis for the measures which can promote the development of higher vocational nursing students' mental health,it was investigated that the methods and characteristics about vocational male and female nursing students' psychological stress and coping types and characteristics in Internship.Methods In this study,521 nursing students in grade 2009 and 2010 were selected as the subjects.A own designed scale based on stressor scale by CAO Ying was used to collect the information.Results Source of stress of the nursing students comes mainly from exposure to infectious diseases 、the gap between school teaching and clinical、hospital factors such as the evaluation of patients and their families.When confronted with the stress,most of the students cope with positively and students of different gender cope with the pressures in different ways.Conclusions Source of stress and coping style of man and female vocational nursing students were in a single way and the basic way to solve problems with positive stress coping.There was difference between male and female nursing students' source of stress and stress coping.According to the study results,when carrying out students' mental health education and instruction,we should take care of the characteristics of the nursing students in different genders,and different measures should be taken to improve the ability of students in coping with the pressures.
