目的 探讨视频反馈教学方法在体格检查教学中的作用.方法 以汕头大学医学院2010级五年制临床医学专业2个班88名学生为研究对象,其中,一个班46名学生为实验组,另一个班42名学生为对照组.对照组在教学中采用常规授课及分组训练方法,实验组在教学中除采用常规授课方法外,还加入了演示错误操作的视频反馈教学方法.教学结束后,比较两组学生体格检查的考试成绩.结果 实验组学生的总分、血压测量、浅表淋巴结检查、触诊和神经系统检查成绩均高于对照组学生,其差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论 视频反馈教学方法在体格检查教学中具有积极意义,值得尝试.而且,学生讨论形式的纠错反馈效果更好.

Objective To explore the effect of video feedback in physical examination teaching.Methods 88 students were divided into experiment group (n=46) and control group (n=42),they came from two classes of five year program of clinical medicine in 2010 in their second year at Shantou University Medical College.Lectures and small group training were adopted in control group,meanwhile,plus with video feedback in experiment group.The results of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) at the end of this semester were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results The total score,blood pressure measurement and lymph nodes exam,palpation and nervous system exam in experiment group were obviously significant better than control group except percussion,P<0.05.Conclusions Video feedback was benefit to physical examination teaching.Furthermore,it is recommended to discuss by their own of students in video feedback.
