目的 探讨临床路径教学方法在肿瘤内科教学中的应用.方法 将昆明医科大学2008级临床医学专业(肿瘤学方向)40名的本科生分为两组,一组实施临床路径教学方法,一组采用传统教学方法,教学结束后对两组学生进行考核.结果 采取临床路径教学方法学生的理论考试成绩、临床技能操作考核成绩和总成绩分别为(62.5±2.9)分、(27.1±1.1)分和(90.1±3.8)分,采取传统教学方法学生的理论考试成绩、临床技能操作考核成绩和总成绩分别为(59.1±3.9)分、(24.2±1.5)分和(83.2±4.3)分.两组学生成绩相比,采取临床路径教学方法学生的理论考试成绩、临床技能操作考核成绩和总成绩均明显高于采用传统教学方法的学生(P<0.001).结论 临床路径教学方法在肿瘤内科学教学中可明显提高教学效果.
目的 探討臨床路徑教學方法在腫瘤內科教學中的應用.方法 將昆明醫科大學2008級臨床醫學專業(腫瘤學方嚮)40名的本科生分為兩組,一組實施臨床路徑教學方法,一組採用傳統教學方法,教學結束後對兩組學生進行攷覈.結果 採取臨床路徑教學方法學生的理論攷試成績、臨床技能操作攷覈成績和總成績分彆為(62.5±2.9)分、(27.1±1.1)分和(90.1±3.8)分,採取傳統教學方法學生的理論攷試成績、臨床技能操作攷覈成績和總成績分彆為(59.1±3.9)分、(24.2±1.5)分和(83.2±4.3)分.兩組學生成績相比,採取臨床路徑教學方法學生的理論攷試成績、臨床技能操作攷覈成績和總成績均明顯高于採用傳統教學方法的學生(P<0.001).結論 臨床路徑教學方法在腫瘤內科學教學中可明顯提高教學效果.

Objective Objective To investigate the effect of the clinical pathway in the use of clinical teaching practice of medical oncology.Methods 40 cases of Grade 2008 undergraduates of Kunming Medical University were divided into two groups,The clinical pathway and traditional method of clinical teaching practice were used in group 1 and group 2 respectively.We have evaluated the process after the practice.Results The clinical path teaching group theory examinations,clinical skills assessment results of operations and total score were (62.5 ± 2.9),(27.1 ± 1.1) and (90.1 ± 3.8),the traditional teaching scores were (59.1 ± 3.9),(24.2 ± 1.5) and (83.2 ± 4.3).Compared to traditional teaching groups,students of the clinical pathway got higher scores of theoretical examinations,clinical skills assessment results of operations and total score.Conclusions The clinical pathway can improve the clinical teaching effect of medical oncology.
