临床见习和实习教学是医学留学生从事医疗工作前的重要阶段.华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院于2010年开始承担留学生临床教学任务.本文总结了解决留学生语言交流障碍、教师工作任务繁重、教学方法实施和教学管理等多方面困难的实践经验,并就今后如何进一步提高留学生临床教学质量提出了观点.

Clinical practice teaching plays a key role for international students to engage in medical care activities in clinical settings.Tongji hospital affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology began to take the responsibility of clinical teaching for the international students in 2011.Some difficulties such as communication with the students,heavy work load of teachers,and teaching method and management were overcome.In this article the experience was introduced and some suggestions for improving the clinical teaching quality for international students were proposed.
