目的 探讨标准化病例(standardized cases,SC)在外科护理学理论教学中的应用效果.方法 选择皖西卫生职业学院护理系2009级三年制护理专业135名中专学生(高中生源,中专学历)和2008级五年制护理专业122名专科学生(高职教育,专科层次)为教学对象.将2009级135名学生分成两组:实验组64名学生,采用SC教学,对照组71名学生,采用传统教学;将2008级122名学生分成两组:实验组68名学生,采用SC教学,对照组54名学生,采用传统教学.外科护理学教学结束后,采用理论考试、学生问卷调查和专家评价的方法评价两种教学效果.结果 实验组学生在理论考试成绩、教学满意度和专家评价方面均优于对照组学生.结论 标准化病例在外科护理学理论教学中切实可行,有助于提高外科护理学理论教学效果.

Objective To explore application and effect of standardized cases (SC) in the field of the theory teaching of surgical nursing.Methods In surgical nursing theory teaching,135 nursing students graduated from high schools in grade 2009 of the 3-year secondary training course were divided into 2 groups:a group (SC-group) of 64 people received the SP teaching method,the other group (control-group) of 71 people adopted traditional teaching method.Similarly,in grade 2008 of 5 year higher vocational nursing students in 122,of which SC teaching group 68 (control-group 54),were also divided into 2 groups.The teaching effects were assessed by way of theory test,questionnaire and expert evaluation.Results The theory exam scores,student satisfaction and expert evaluation in SC-group are better than the control-group.Conclusions Standardized cases teaching method was feasible and it can help improve the theory teaching results of surgical nursing.
