目的 进一步完善医学生循证医学能力评价体系.方法 自行设计量表,采用学生自我评价和教师评价相结合的方式,对预防医学专业五年级学生的循证医学能力进行调查.结果 学生循证医学相关能力一般;毕业实习后,学生循证医学能力有所提高;对于循证医学水平,学生自我评价与教师评价之间的差异无统计学意义.结论 预防医学专业五年级学生对循证医学的重视程度较高,但是相关能力还不够理想,现阶段循证医学教学改革有待深化,以适应提高预防医学学生综合素质的要求.

목적 진일보완선의학생순증의학능력평개체계.방법 자행설계량표,채용학생자아평개화교사평개상결합적방식,대예방의학전업오년급학생적순증의학능력진행조사.결과 학생순증의학상관능력일반;필업실습후,학생순증의학능력유소제고;대우순증의학수평,학생자아평개여교사평개지간적차이무통계학의의.결론 예방의학전업오년급학생대순증의학적중시정도교고,단시상관능력환불구이상,현계단순증의학교학개혁유대심화,이괄응제고예방의학학생종합소질적요구.
Objective In order to improve the evaluation system of evidence-based medicine (EBM),the ability of EBM of preventive medical fifth grade students were investigated.Methods Using questionnaire to investigate the ability of self-evaluation of medical students and their teachers' evaluation.Results The ability of EBM of medical students were moderate level.After the graduation practice the ability of EBM was improved.There were no significant difference between the actual level of students and their teachers' evaluation.Conclusions The preventive medical fifth grade students had high degree of attention to EBM,but the relevant ability was not ideal.The reform of EBM at this stage should be further explored in order to improve their overall quality of preventive medicine students.
