外科动物手术学是一门实践性很强的学科.以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)模式下的外科动物手术学教学强调以学生为教学的主体,注重教学方法,注重学生的独立性、实践性和主动性,使得学生全面、系统地掌握外科手术基本操作技能,提高临床实际操作能力.本研究通过对新疆医科大学2006级和2007级七年制临床医学专业176名学生进行的问卷调查,对比分析了外科动物手术学PBL教学与传统教学的效果,得出PBL教学效果优于于传统教学效果的结论.

Animal operation course is strongly associated with practicality.With the model of problem-based learning(PBL) animal operation course emphasizes student-centered,independence study,practice and initiative.This study compared PBL animal operation teaching method and the traditional method using questionnaire,and reveals that PBL animal operation teaching is more superior to the traditional one.This model also requires the teaching materials,teaching aids and other special requirements for teachers.
