标准化病人(SP)的培训及应用在一些发达国家十分普遍,已经成为医学教育的一种教学模式.SP引入我国已有近20年的历史,目前仍然没有得到广泛应用,尚处于起步阶段.在教学和考核中采用SP,一定程度上可以缓解临床教学中存在的矛盾,有助于提高医学生的临床思维能力及沟通技巧,符合高等医学教育的发展要求.本文总结了北京大学人民医院妇产科学教研室培训及应用SP的情况,从标准化病人的招聘、脚本的撰写、SP的培训及验收方法以及SP的维护等方面进行了阐述,介绍了培养合格的标准化病人的方法及注意事项,旨在为我国高等医学院校的SP培训提供经验、为提高临床医学教育质量提供参考.

Standardized patient (SP) training and objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) are very common in developed countries and have become a model of medical education.SP has been introduced into China for nearly 20 years,but still not widely used and we are lack of the experience of SP training.Using SP in medical training can improve the clinical thinking and communication skill of medical students,also it may alleviate the current contradict in medical education to some extent.Here we introduced our experience in SP training,hope can give some help to other medical schools and to provide research basis for clinical medical education.
