目的 探索运用情景模拟教学方法进行社区护理技能实训的教学效果.方法 在菏泽医学专科学校2009级护理专业中随机抽取2个班各78名学生分别作为实验组和对照组.实验组采用情景模拟教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,调查和比较两种教学方法的实施效果.结果 实验组学生理论知识、操作及综合能力考核平均成绩均高于对照组学生;实验组学生学习的主动性、自信心及爱岗敬业意识均强于对照组学生.结论 情景模拟教学方法适合社区护理实训教学,能够促进学生学习和提高学习成绩,深受学生欢迎.

Objective To explore simulation method of training in community nursing skills for improving teaching effectiveness.Methods 78 students graded 2009 in nursing program at the Heze Medical College were randomly selected as experimental group and control group respectively.The experimental group uses the scene simulation method teaching,while the control group uses the tradition teaching model.The effects of two teaching methods were investigated and compared.Results The assessment scores of written,operation and comprehensive capacity in experimental group were higher than that of control group(P<0.01); The experimental group students' learning initiative,confidence and dedication consciousness are strong than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Scene simulation teaching method is suitable for community nursing practice teaching,can promote students' study and is deeply welcomed by students.
