通过对三甲医院患者临床教学配合度的调研,本文分析了影响患者配合临床教学的因素,针对其原因探讨了有效的改进方法和对策.目前,患者的就医观念已经随着医疗体制改革的深入发生了变化,尤其表现在选择权、隐私权等方面.部分患者认为应该配合临床教学,有的患者认为要在获得一定补偿的情况下才愿意配合临床教学,一些患者不愿意配合临床教学.因此,医生应当事先征求患者配合临床教学的意见.通过调查发现,建立良好医患关系,尊重患者基本权利,实行“有偿”配合,媒体积极引导,规范临床教学环节,是提高患者临床教学配合度的有效措施.

This study analyzed the problematic factors affecting patient cooperation in clinical teaching and discussed ways for improvement by means of investigating the level of patient cooperation in clinical teaching in two tertiary hospitals.Currently,owing to the ongoing health-care reform,patients have paid more attention to protecting their own rights such as selection right and privacy right.While some patients agreed to cooperate with the clinical teaching,some thought it should be compensated economically and some patients were just unwilling to cooperate.The hospital should will-informed the patients and got their consent before carrying out clinical teaching program.Through this analysis,we propose the following effective strategies to increase the level of patient cooperation.First of all,the basic rights of patients should be respected and some financial compensation should be considered for patients for their cooperation.Secondly,the media can play a positive role in educating the public about the importance of patient cooperation.Last but not least,teaching hospitals should standardized clinical teaching in every aspect to win the trust of patient.
