作为医师执业准入考试,医师资格考试对于医学教育具有明显的导向和指引作用,而医师资格考试大纲的修订也能够反映出不同时期国家对医师能力要求的变化.本文通过比较4个版本临床类别医师资格考试大纲中卫生法规知识内容的变化,分析大纲发布当年考试方案中卫生法规知识所占比例和考试题型的变化,衡量医学院校毕业生与在校生对医师资格考试相关试题掌握程度的差异,阐述国家对一名合格医师法律素养的要求,并以此为医学院校卫生法规教学和临床执业者提高法律素养依法执业提供启示.

Medical Licensing Examination is an access for a physician.Its syllabus could be the guidance for medical education.In this paper,we compared the content of the Medical-related criterions and legals in four versions of the Medical Licensing Examination Outline (clinical class),and the changes of the proportion and the type of the items in the examination program.We select some items about Medical-related criterions and legals of the Medical Licensing Examination and test some students,then compare the scores with college graduates of the same medical schools.By the analysis,we hope to elaborate the national claim of legal literacy of a qualified physician,to attach importance to the teaching in Medical-related criterions and legals in medical schools,at the same time,we hope the doctors to enhance their consciousness of the law in their clinical practice.
