目的 探索学习档案对促进学生反思性学习的作用.方法 选择哈尔滨医科大学2007级临床医学专业354名学生为研究对象,开展学习档案干预研究,进行3次问卷调查,对比前后差异.结果 经过重复测量的方差分析得出P ＜0.05,说明3次测得分数差异具有统计学意义,学生的反思性学习能力有所提高.结论 学习档案中的反思功能对于学生反思性学习能力的提高有一定的促进作用.

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the role of portfolios for the promotion of student' s reflective learning.Methods An intervention study of portfolio was carried out among the year 2007 students at Harbin Medical University.Three questionnaire surveys were conducted to compare the difference in students' learning.Results The results of the analysis of variance of repeated measurement data were P ＜ 0.05,which showed that the data in the three surveys were statistically significant,so there were differences in three times measured reflective ability.Conclusions Portfolio can improve medical students'reflective learning.
