传统的健康评估课程考核中,理论考核以客观题为主,技能考核以限定内容的身体评估为主,这样的考核缺乏真实的临床情境,无法体现学生的职业能力,影响了健康评估课程的教学效果.为了提高教学质量和教学效果,浙江医学高等专科学校从2009年开始对2009级三年制护理专业92名学生实施以职业能力评价为核心的健康评估课程考核体系,即在理论考核中加大了病例分析题的比重,技能考核采用模拟临床过程的考核方式.同时,比较了2008级和2009级学生后续专业课程考核成绩及后续专业课程教师对学生职业能力的评价.结果表明,2009级学生的后续专业课程考核成绩优于2008级学生;后续课程教师对2009级学生职业能力的评价高于2008级学生.以职业能力评价为核心的健康评估课程考核体系有利于培养学生的职业能力,对教学发挥了正向导向作用,提高了健康评估课程的教学质量.

It was focused on objective problems in traditional health assessment theoretical exam,while practice exam was based on pre-designated body evaluation.This kind of exam lacked the clinical reality,hard to evaluate the real professional ability of the students,which in turn affected the quality of health assessment course.Zhejiang Medical College had implemented a professional ability oriented health assessment exam system among 92 grade-2009 tertiary nursing students since 2009.We increased the portion of illness case analysis problems in theoretical exam,and used simulated clinical case as practice exam.By comparing the subsequent professional courses score and the evaluation of the students'professional ability by corresponding course teachers between the experimental group and control group,we found the difference was statistically significant.That the professional ability oriented health assessment exam system was beneficial for enhancing the students' practical ability and increased the teaching quality of health assessment course.
