早期接触临床课程是八年制医学生提前了解临床工作的机会,是医学生职业规划过程中的重要组成部分.然而,由于教师作为临床医生,对医学生所处学习阶段的学习目的缺乏很好的把握,医学生完全缺乏临床经验,也不能明确表达自己在课程中的需求,教学双方沟通脱节,成为影响早期接触临床课程教学效果的重要环节.为了增加教师与医学生之间的沟通,同时分担教学任务,北京协和医学院在2012年早期接触临床课程中引入了高年级医学生志愿者.本文通过对北京协和医学院2005级八年制临床医学专业19名志愿者及2009级84名学生开展早期接触临床课程后的问卷调查,就高年级医学生志愿者在早期接触临床课程中的作用进行了分析讨论.

The curriculum of early contact with clinic provides clinical medical students of eightyear program an opportunity to understand what clinic is in advance,and it' s an important part of career planning for medical students.However,since that teachers are themselves clinical doctors,they are not able to know what their students really need very well.At the same time,medical students are lack of clinical experience,so they cannot express what they really need clearly.The lack of communication between teachers and students become the most important part that influences the effect of lectures.In order to improve the communication between teachers and students,and to share the task of teaching,Peking Union Medical College uses high-grade medical student volunteers in 2012 early contact with clinic lectures.This article analyzed the questionnaires from volunteers of grade 2005,Dept.clinical medicine,and students of grade 2009,Dept.clinical medicine,and evaluated the use of high-grade medical student volunteers in early contact with clinic lectures.
