加纳是非洲的发展中国家,在借鉴英国模式的基础上,根据本国实际制定了一套完善的专科医师培训制度,以保证专科医师的训练水平,更好地服务于加纳人民.本文简要介绍了加纳专科医师培养制度,并探讨了其对建立中国专科医生培养制度的启示.

Ghana is a developing African country.On basis of training system from United Kingdom,and combined with specific domestic situations,Ghana adopts a suitable system of specialty resident training in order to realize the assurance of training quality and to serve for the Ghanaian people.This training system is introduced and its significance for establishment of China-characteristic resident training system is discussed.
