本文阐述医院本科教学管理面临的困境,分析过程管理契入医院本科教学管理的必要性和可行性,指出建立以规范流程、科学计量、完善监控及有效激励为基础的医院本科教学过程管理机制是实现医院教学可持续发展的有效手段.

In this article,we describe the dilemma of the undergraduate teaching administration in teaching hospital and analyze the necessity and feasibility of using the method of process management in it.Then we indicate that it is an effective way to fulfill the sustainable development of hospital teaching,through creating the system of process management based on the method of standardized process,scientific measurement,improving control and effective incentive in undergraduate teaching administration in hospital.
