目的 探讨“同理心”在医学生临床实习教学中的意义.方法 在医学本科生临床实习教学中全面践行“同理心”原则,实施设身处地、倾听及准确表达的同理反应策略,建立良好的师生关系,并在临床教学实践中引导医学生应用“同理心”进行医患沟通.结果 “同理心”有助于增加师生感情,促进了实习生与患者间的理解与支持,架设了实习医生与患者的沟通桥梁,最终提高了临床实习教学质量.结论 “同理心”是沟通的重要技巧,有利于构建和谐的师生关系,提高教学质量;有利于医学生获得患者的信任与支持,提高临床实习质量.

목적 탐토“동리심”재의학생림상실습교학중적의의.방법 재의학본과생림상실습교학중전면천행“동리심”원칙,실시설신처지、경은급준학표체적동리반응책략,건립량호적사생관계,병재림상교학실천중인도의학생응용“동리심”진행의환구통.결과 “동리심”유조우증가사생감정,촉진료실습생여환자간적리해여지지,가설료실습의생여환자적구통교량,최종제고료림상실습교학질량.결론 “동리심”시구통적중요기교,유리우구건화해적사생관계,제고교학질량;유리우의학생획득환자적신임여지지,제고림상실습질량.
Objective To evaluate the roles of "Empathy" in clinical intern teaching.Methods The "Empathy" principle was followed during the clinical intern teaching.Implement a new policy that is about putting oneself in,listening and expressing the "Empathy" response accurately.Guide the medical student to use "Empathy" during doctor-patient communication through establishing harmonious teacherstudent relationship.Results "Empathy" was favorable in promoting the teacher-student relationship.It also bridged the gap between the patients and interns.In this way,the clinical intern teaching quality was elevated.Conclusions " Empathy" was an important communicational skill.It helped to establish harmonious teacher-student relationship and improve the clinical intern teaching quality.At the same time,"Empathy" was beneficial for the interns to getting the trust and support from the patients.Finally,clinical intern teaching would get a rise.
