南京医科大学第四临床医学院2010年以来试行学习中期评估制度.评估分三部分:学期主要课程测试、学习表现自评和他评.本文作者借助SPSS软件对某大学178名学生两年来评估测试结果进行分析,发现试卷难度适中,问卷信效度较好,但学生测试成绩偏低,自评与他评偏差较大,仍需要重新设计问卷维度,完善评估环节管理.

This thesis describes mid-term assessments and examinations on the learning of medical students,which contains examinations,self-assessment and peer assessment.According to 178 students' tests and questionnaires during the last two years,the authors analyze reliability,validity,discrimination,and difficulty of tests and questionnaires with the help of SPSS software,and find that tests have moderate difficulty,and questionnaires have good reliability and validity.But we also find that students' test scores were low,and there is a large gap between self and peer assessment.Therefore we conclude that the dimensions of questionnaires need to be re-designed and the management of assessment should be improved.
