目的 探讨形成性评价与终结性评价两种方式对医学生人体机能学课程考试成绩的影响,以此改进教学方法,提高教学质量.方法 以新疆医科大学高等职业技术学院临床医学专业2009级753名学生和2010级785名学生为研究对象,分别采用终结性评价与形成性评价方式,分析两种评价方式对人体机能学考试成绩的影响与作用.结果 2009级学生人体机能学实验操作和期末笔试考试平均成绩(77.50分、52.79分)均低于2010级学生(80.10分、62.22分),两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 形成性评价是对学生学习过程的全面测评,有助于及时调整教学组织、运行和进度,有目的地进行因材施教,对提高学生的学习成绩有明显效果.

Objective To investigate the impact of formative assessment and summative assessment of the academic performance of medical professional foundation courses function of the body,to analyze the causes and improve the quality of teaching.Methods To study 753 students in the grade of 2009 and 785 students in the grade of 2010 from Medical Vocational and Technical College of Xinjiang Medical University,to analyze the two kinds of evaluation on the academic performance on the subject of the function of the body.Results The written examination in body functional experiment operation and ending grade point average of students in grade 2009 (77.50 points,52.79 points) were both lower than 2010 (80.10 points,62.22 points),with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Formative evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation on the students' learning process aiming at any time to adjust teaching organization,operation and progress,with the purpose of being individualized,to improve students' achievement.
