为了提高皮肤病诊断、识别皮损的教学效果,本课题在武汉大学医学院2008级五年制临床医学专业皮肤性病教学中引入皮损动态、系统视频教学模式.以武汉大学医学院2008级五年制临床医学专业60名学生为研究对象,随机选择其中30名学生为实验组,30名学生为对照组.实验组采用皮损动态、系统视频教学,对照组采用传统的多媒体教学.课后统一考核常见皮肤病的诊断及皮损描述,并就皮肤病教学的有关问题进行问卷调查.结果显示,实验组学生平均成绩(87.6 +4.12)分,对照组学生平均成绩(71.3 +4.51)分,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).调查结果显示,皮损动态、系统视频教学能够反映皮损的演变、系统、直观,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣.研究证实,常见皮肤病皮损动态、系统视频教学可以提高教学效率,更受医学生的欢迎.

To enhance the teaching effect on the diagnosis and differential diagnosis rate of common lesions,we brought the model of the dynamic and systematic video to students.A total of 60 students specializing in clinical medicine in Wuhan University Medicine Division were enrolled.They were classified randomly into the experiment group (n =30) and the control group (n =30).Students of the experimental group took the dynamic and systematic video teaching model while students of the control group took the traditional multimedia model.All students completed the questionnaires on the teaching of the skin diseases.Results indicated that the scores were significantly higher in the experiment group (average 87.6 + 4.12)than the control group (average 71.3 + 4.51) (P < 0.05).Conclusion The dynamic and systematic video teaching model can indicate the system and developing of common skin lesions more intuitively.It can not only help students stimulate interest of study but also enhance the teaching effect.The students like it more.
