目的 研究五年制医学生诊断学学习成绩与毕业临床综合能力的相关性,为进一步提高诊断学课程的地位和重要性提供科学依据.方法 对徐州医学院临床医学本科专业2007届~2011届医学生诊断学学习成绩与毕业临床技能考试和临床理论考试成绩进行相关性分析.结果 毕业临床技能考试成绩与诊断学成绩明显相关(P<0.01),毕业临床理论考试成绩与诊断学成绩无明显相关性(P>0.05).诊断学成绩位于高分组和低分组的排名情况与毕业临床技能考试成绩的排名较为一致.结论 诊断学学习在医学本科生临床综合能力的培养上占据重要地位,应当进一步深化诊断学教学改革,尽快建立一套科学合理、系统有效的临床综合能力评价体系.

목적 연구오년제의학생진단학학습성적여필업림상종합능력적상관성,위진일보제고진단학과정적지위화중요성제공과학의거.방법 대서주의학원림상의학본과전업2007계~2011계의학생진단학학습성적여필업림상기능고시화림상이론고시성적진행상관성분석.결과 필업림상기능고시성적여진단학성적명현상관(P<0.01),필업림상이론고시성적여진단학성적무명현상관성(P>0.05).진단학성적위우고분조화저분조적배명정황여필업림상기능고시성적적배명교위일치.결론 진단학학습재의학본과생림상종합능력적배양상점거중요지위,응당진일보심화진단학교학개혁,진쾌건립일투과학합리、계통유효적림상종합능력평개체계.
Objective To offer scientific evidence for further establishing the position and importance of diagnostics,this paper probed the relevance of diagnostic exam results and clinicalability of fiveyear medical students.Methods The results of diagnostic exam and clinical skill and theoretical examination were carried out in five-year (2007-2011) medical students of Xuzhou medical college which were used to analyze the relationship among them.Results It was related between the clinical skill examination results and diagnostic exam results in undergraduate (P < 0.01).Conversely,there was no relationship between the theoretical examination results and diagnostic exam results (P > 0.05).The exam rank of clinical skill examination was hardly influenced by the results of diagnostic exam in the high and low score groups.Conclusions Diagnostics still takes an important position in the training of clinical comprehensive ability of five-year medical students.It should be further intensified in teaching reformation and established a scientific and valid evaluation system about clinical comprehensive ability.
