本研究比较在客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)中标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)反馈与学生自评对后续站点成绩影响的差异.研究方法为第一天和第四天的考试长站结束后均由SP提供反馈;第二天内科学站结束后SP反馈,外科学站结束后学生自评;第三天内科学站结束后学生自评,外科学站结束后SP反馈.结果显示,SP反馈与自评结合组短站分数均显著高于SP反馈组,提示自评反思在学生评价自身表现、改进实际能力、提高考试成绩方面具有一定优势,其作用值得进一步重视.

This study compared the performance between the students accepted SP's oral feedback and self-evaluation.The results showed that the performance of short stations of the group accepted SP's oral feedback were significantly higher than the group accepted self-evaluation.Conclusions:the data suggested that self-evaluation would help to improve students' performance.
