目的 构建三维立体数字化牙体模型,用于口腔解剖生理学教学.方法 以现有教具模型为基础,选取其中具有典型形态的牙齿,拍摄六视图,再应用3D Max和Z Brush等三维设计软件,构建三维立体数字化牙体模型,并制作交互式学习动态视频.结果 完成了上颌中切牙、尖牙、第一前磨牙、第一磨牙以及下颌第一磨牙数字模型的开发,形成可观看和自主操作的多媒体牙体教具.结论 该方法成本较低,易于开展,获得的三维立体数字化牙体模型各角度表面解剖标志清晰,适用于口腔教学和学生自主学习.

Objective To construct three-dimensional digital model of tooth for the teaching of dental anatomy and physiology.Methods Based on the existing aids model,select one of the typical morphology of the teeth,shoot six views,then apply the 3D Max and Z Brush and other three-dimensional design software to build three-dimensional digital modal of the tooth and produce interactive learning motion video.Results Completed the digital models of maxillary central incisor,canine,first premolar,first molar and mandibular first molar.The user can watch and operate of the multimedia training aid independently.Conclusions The method is low cost,easy to carry out,clear to get three-dimensional digital model of the tooth surface anatomic landmarks in different angles,suitable for oral teaching and student's independent learning.
