目的 了解上海市“临床医学硕士专业学位教育与住院医师规范化培训并轨”改革实施现状,分析学生需求.方法 自行设计问卷,对上海市4所高等医学院校的122名2011年入学的专业学位硕士研究生(住院医师)进行相关调查.结果 88.5%的被调查者认为有必要设置公共基础课;80.3%的被调查者对网络化的教学模式表示认可;47.5%的被调查者认为医院没有提供足够的机会让住院医师参与临床科研和学术活动.对毕业后择业情况的调查显示:39.3%的被调查者的就业去向是三级医院;22.1%的被调查者选择二级医院;28.7%的被调查者选择继续深造或从事非医疗行业;9.9%的被调查者选择一级或社区医院.对于导师指导方式,64.7%的被调查者认为集体指导方式有待完善,84.4%的被调查者更倾向选择传统单一导师的指导方式.结论 公共基础课程可以采用网络化的教学方式进行授课,单一导师指导仍然是目前更可取的导师指导模式,应加强对医学毕业生的就业指导.

Objective To investigate the consequent of standardized training for masters of medicine in Shanghai.Methods Questionnaire surveys are taken among 122 trainees who are the present residents of 4 universities in Shanghai.The questions designed according to the reform of the convergence of implementation of standardized training and clinical master' s degree.Results There were 88.5% of respondents who consider it necessary to set the public basic course and 80.3% of respondents supported online teaching; 47.7% of respondents thought that the hospital did not provide enough opportunities for clinical research and academic activities.After graduation,there were 39.3% of respondents decide to general hospital; 22.1% o of respondents chose the second level hospital; 28.7% of respondents chose the to continue their studies or work non-medical industry; only 9.8% chose the primary hospital.Conclusions Public foundation courses can be carried out in a networked way.It is more accepted for a designated research supervisor other than bilateral way.It will be helpful for the medical graduates by improvement the employment guidance
