胚胎发育和器官形成的过程涉及到多种信号传导通路,这些通路之间互相影响,精密地调控着整个过程.Wnt信号传导通路在细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等过程中发挥重要的调节作用,对维持诸多器官的正常发育和形成至关重要.在眼部,Wnt信号通路与角膜创伤愈合、糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜变性等病理过程相关.本综述总结了到目前为止已发现的Wnt信号传导通路在眼部发育及部分眼科疾病发展过程中的作用和可能机制.

Multiple signaling pathways that interact with each other are involved in regulating the development of organs and embryogenesis in a strictly regulated spatial and temporal way.The Wnt signaling pathway,which is considered a critical modulator in cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,is found to be involved in corneal wound healing,diabetic retinopathy and retinal degenerative diseases.In this review the function and mechanism of the Wnt signaling pathway in eye development and ophthalmic diseases are summarized.
