目的 研究Yes相关蛋白(YAP)在直肠癌中表达水平的变化,探讨其在直肠癌中的意义.方法 用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、Western bloting方法检测30例直肠癌患者和10例正常体检者直肠黏膜组织中YAP mRNA及蛋白的表达情况.结果 直肠癌黏膜组织中YAP mRNA的表达水平显著高于正常直肠黏膜组织(73.2±11.1比10.4±4.1,P＜ 0.05);直肠癌黏膜组织中YAP蛋白的表达水平显著高于正常直肠黏膜组织(65.7±9.5比9.2±4.3,P＜0.05).结论 YAP的高表达与直肠癌的发生有关.
目的 研究Yes相關蛋白(YAP)在直腸癌中錶達水平的變化,探討其在直腸癌中的意義.方法 用反轉錄聚閤酶鏈反應(RT-PCR)、Western bloting方法檢測30例直腸癌患者和10例正常體檢者直腸黏膜組織中YAP mRNA及蛋白的錶達情況.結果 直腸癌黏膜組織中YAP mRNA的錶達水平顯著高于正常直腸黏膜組織(73.2±11.1比10.4±4.1,P＜ 0.05);直腸癌黏膜組織中YAP蛋白的錶達水平顯著高于正常直腸黏膜組織(65.7±9.5比9.2±4.3,P＜0.05).結論 YAP的高錶達與直腸癌的髮生有關.
목적 연구Yes상관단백(YAP)재직장암중표체수평적변화,탐토기재직장암중적의의.방법 용반전록취합매련반응(RT-PCR)、Western bloting방법검측30례직장암환자화10례정상체검자직장점막조직중YAP mRNA급단백적표체정황.결과 직장암점막조직중YAP mRNA적표체수평현저고우정상직장점막조직(73.2±11.1비10.4±4.1,P＜ 0.05);직장암점막조직중YAP단백적표체수평현저고우정상직장점막조직(65.7±9.5비9.2±4.3,P＜0.05).결론 YAP적고표체여직장암적발생유관.
Objective To study the change of Yes-associated protein (YAP) expression in rectal cancer and to explore the significance of YAP in rectal cancer.Methods Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(PT-PCR) and Western bloting technology were used to detect mRNA and protein expression of YAP in 30 patients with rectal cancer and 10 cases of normal rectal mucosa tissue.Results The expressions of mRNA and protein of YAP in rectal cancer were significantly higher than those in normal rectal mucosa tissue (73.2 ± 1 1.1 vs.10.4 ± 4.1,65.7 ± 9.5 vs.9.2 ± 4.3,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion YAP high expression is related to the occurrence of rectal cancer.
