光学相干断层扫描(OCT)是近二十年发展起来的一种基于光学相干特性的新型医学成像技术,因其采集图像无需接触患眼,在诊断眼外伤、相关眼病及眼科手术方面具有独特的优势.OCT以伪彩图及灰度图的形式较为直观的显示眼前段(角膜、前房、前房角、虹膜、睫状体、晶状体等)、视网膜以及脉络膜,反映其形态、厚度并提供相关参数,具有操作简单快速、重复性好、数据可靠、分辨率高且安全无创等优点,在眼科临床工作中具有较高的应用价值.本文就正常OCT图像,OCT在眼外伤、相关眼病的诊断及眼科手术中应用的进展情况进行综述.

Optical coherence tomography is a new type of medical imaging technology based on optical coherence characteristics in nearly twenty years.Since it need not contact with eyes when getting images,OCT has unique value in diagnosis of ocular trauma and examination before ophthalmic surgery.With an expression of pseudo color image and grayscale image,it can intuitively manifest anterior ocular segment (cornea,anterior chamber and anterior chamber angle,iris,ciliary body,lens,etc),retina and choroid,with information of shape,thickness and structure.This technology has many advantages,such as simply and fast operating,good repeatability,reliable data,high resolution,safe and noninvasive,etc.OCT has great application value in ophthalmic clinical work.This article will give a general review of the normal images,application in diagnosis of ocular trauma and ophthalmic diseases,and the late development of OCT.
