目的 研究葡萄膜炎并发白内障行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的效果.方法 回顾性分析我科2005年1月至2011年12月葡萄膜炎并发白内障68例(82眼)行超声乳化联合后房人工晶状体植入术,术后随访6 ~36个月,观察患者的视力及其并发症.结果 视力提高76眼(92.7%),术后1周,矫正视力≥0.6者48眼(58.5%),0.3 ~0.5者22眼(26.8%),0.1 ~0.2者8眼(9.8%),<0.1者4眼(4.9%),术后后囊浑浊21眼(25.6%),葡萄膜炎复发9眼(10.9%),黄斑水肿6眼(7.3%).结论 葡萄膜炎并发白内障行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术可获得较好的视力.
目的 研究葡萄膜炎併髮白內障行超聲乳化聯閤人工晶狀體植入術的效果.方法 迴顧性分析我科2005年1月至2011年12月葡萄膜炎併髮白內障68例(82眼)行超聲乳化聯閤後房人工晶狀體植入術,術後隨訪6 ~36箇月,觀察患者的視力及其併髮癥.結果 視力提高76眼(92.7%),術後1週,矯正視力≥0.6者48眼(58.5%),0.3 ~0.5者22眼(26.8%),0.1 ~0.2者8眼(9.8%),<0.1者4眼(4.9%),術後後囊渾濁21眼(25.6%),葡萄膜炎複髮9眼(10.9%),黃斑水腫6眼(7.3%).結論 葡萄膜炎併髮白內障行超聲乳化聯閤人工晶狀體植入術可穫得較好的視力.
목적 연구포도막염병발백내장행초성유화연합인공정상체식입술적효과.방법 회고성분석아과2005년1월지2011년12월포도막염병발백내장68례(82안)행초성유화연합후방인공정상체식입술,술후수방6 ~36개월,관찰환자적시력급기병발증.결과 시력제고76안(92.7%),술후1주,교정시력≥0.6자48안(58.5%),0.3 ~0.5자22안(26.8%),0.1 ~0.2자8안(9.8%),<0.1자4안(4.9%),술후후낭혼탁21안(25.6%),포도막염복발9안(10.9%),황반수종6안(7.3%).결론 포도막염병발백내장행초성유화연합인공정상체식입술가획득교호적시력.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on patients of cataract complicated with uveitis.Methods 68 cases (82 eyes) with cataract complicated with uveitis who had phacoemulsifcation and intraocular lens implantation from January 2005 to December 2011 were reviewed retrospectively.The postoperative visual outcomes and complications were analyzed.The follow-up time was 6 ~ 36 months.Results Best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA) was improved in 76 eyes (92.7%).At 1 week postoperative,the corrected visual acuity was equal to or better than 0.6 in 48 eyes (58.5%),0.3~0.5in22 eyes (26.8%),0.1~0.2 in8 eyes (9.8%),less than0.1 in4 eyes (4.9%).Complications were posterior capsular opacification in 21 eyes(25.6%),recurrence of uveitis in 9 eyes (10.9 %),and macular edema in 6 eyes (7.3 %).Conclusion The phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on patients of cataract complicated with uveitis can obtain good visual acuity.
