目的观察孔源性视网膜脱离手术显微镜直视下行最小量外加压手术的效果.方法对16例(16眼)孔源性视网膜脱离在手术显微镜下行不放液的最小量视网膜脱离手术,术后随访1～6个月,观察视网膜复位和视力改善情况.结果共有15眼一次手术视网膜完全复位,成功率93.75％；视力提高15眼,提高率93.75％.结论手术显微镜下行最小量外加压手术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离安全、有效且并发症少、视网膜复位率高.
목적 관찰공원성시망막탈리수술현미경직시하행최소량외가압수술적효과.방법 대16례(16안)공원성시망막탈리재수술현미경하행불방액적최소량시망막탈리수술,술후수방1～6개월,관찰시망막복위화시력개선정황.결과 공유15안일차수술시망막완전복위,성공솔93.75％；시력제고15안,제고솔93.75％.결론 수술현미경하행최소량외가압수술치료공원성시망막탈리안전、유효차병발증소、시망막복위솔고.
Objective To assess the surgical results of minimal segmental buckling without drainage in the management of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods The minimal segmental buckling without drainage was performed on 16 eyes of 16 cases with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment under operating microscope.Follow up was from 1 to 6 months after surgery.The retinal reattachment and visual acuities were observed.Results The retinae of 15 eyes (93.75 ％) were reattached successfully with one single operation.The visual acuities were improved in 15 eyes (93.75％).Conclusion Minimal segmental buckling for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is safe and effective with few complications and high rate of reattachment.
