目的 探讨鼻泪管阻塞手术失败后的再手术的效果.方法 置入泪道疏通管治疗鼻泪管阻塞手术后再次泪道阻塞178例(178眼).结果 随访3个月～2年,治愈146例,治愈率82.02％,好转14例(7.87％),无效18例(10.11)％.无并发症发生.结论 泪道疏通管治疗手术后再次泪道阻塞安全、有效.
目的 探討鼻淚管阻塞手術失敗後的再手術的效果.方法 置入淚道疏通管治療鼻淚管阻塞手術後再次淚道阻塞178例(178眼).結果 隨訪3箇月～2年,治愈146例,治愈率82.02％,好轉14例(7.87％),無效18例(10.11)％.無併髮癥髮生.結論 淚道疏通管治療手術後再次淚道阻塞安全、有效.
목적 탐토비루관조새수술실패후적재수술적효과.방법 치입루도소통관치료비루관조새수술후재차루도조새178례(178안).결과 수방3개월～2년,치유146례,치유솔82.02％,호전14례(7.87％),무효18례(10.11)％.무병발증발생.결론 루도소통관치료수술후재차루도조새안전、유효.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of re-operation after the failure of the first operation for nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Totally 178 eyes of 178 cases of recurrent nasolacrimal duct obstruction were reviewed.They and undergone surgery with intubations of the lacrimal passage pipe.Results After follow-up for 3 months to 2 years,146 cases (82.02％) were cured entirely,14 cases (7.87％) were meliorated,18 cases (10.11％) with no effects.No complication was found.Conclusion For the recurrent lacrimal duct obstruction,the re-operation of intubating the lacrimal passage pipe was effective and safe.
