目的介绍对倒睫及双行睫的一种简单有效的手术方式.方法对8例(14只眼)上睑倒睫者进行了直视下毛囊切除手术,手术后1周拆线,术后1个月、3个月、6个月门诊复查.结果术后所有患者无眼表刺激症状,在6个月随访期间未见1例复发,无并发症发生.结论 “直视下毛囊切除术”,可有效矫正倒睫及双行睫,并且简单易行,特别适合基层单位及门诊操作.
목적 개소대도첩급쌍행첩적일충간단유효적수술방식.방법 대8례(14지안)상검도첩자진행료직시하모낭절제수술,수술후1주탁선,술후1개월、3개월、6개월문진복사.결과 술후소유환자무안표자격증상,재6개월수방기간미견1례복발,무병발증발생.결론 “직시하모낭절제술”,가유효교정도첩급쌍행첩,병차간단역행,특별괄합기층단위급문진조작.
Objective To describe a simple and effective approach to treat aberrant lashes and distichiasis.Methods Fourteen eyes of 8 patients with trichiasis were treated with hair follicle removal operation.Sutures removed at 1 week post operation.All patients were followed up at 1 month,3 months,6 months post-operatively.Results Ocular irritating symptomes eliminated after surgery.There was no recurrent case or complication after 6 months' follow-up.Conclusion The "hair follicle removal "operation can effectively correct aberrant lashes and distichiasis.It' s simple and can be done even in rural medical units and clinics.
