目的探讨外伤性睫状体脱离手术复位的效果.方法睫状体脱离缝合复位术22例(22眼),分析其临床资料并评价手术效果.结果 13例术后眼压恢复正常,9例术后高眼压,经降眼压治疗后恢复.术后视力均有不同程度提高.结论睫状体缝合复位术是治疗外伤性睫状体脱离的有效方法,尽早手术有利于恢复眼压,保护视功能.
목적 탐토외상성첩상체탈리수술복위적효과.방법 첩상체탈리봉합복위술22례(22안),분석기림상자료병평개수술효과.결과 13례술후안압회복정상,9례술후고안압,경강안압치료후회복.술후시력균유불동정도제고.결론 첩상체봉합복위술시치료외상성첩상체탈리적유효방법,진조수술유리우회복안압,보호시공능.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the suturing reposition operation for ciliary body detachment.Methods 22 eyes of 22 patients with traumatic cyclodialysis were treated with surgical reposition of suturing the ciliary body.The clinical data were analyzed and evaluated.Results The intraocular pressure in 13 patients were normal after operation.9 patients had high intraocular pressure which was controlled after treatment.The visual acuity was improved at different degrees in all patients after operation.Conclusion Surgical reposition of suturing ciliary body is an effective method for traumatic ciliary body detachment,which is beneficial to recover the intraocular pressure and protect the visual function if operation in time.
