目的 探讨儿童先天性单侧上斜肌麻痹不同手术方式的效果.方法 根据原在位垂直斜视度的不同对58例儿童先天性单侧上斜肌麻痹实施不同的手术方式,对结果进行分析.结果 术后随访2～36个月,其中51例眼位为正位,眼位好转7例,53例代偿头位消失,5例代偿头位减轻.治愈46例,好转12例.结论 合理选择术式是矫正单侧上斜肌麻痹成功的关键.

Objective To evaluate the effect of different surgical procedures in the treatment of unilateral congenital superior oblique palsy in children.Methods 58 cases of unilateral congenital superior oblique palsy in children had undergone different operations.The surgical results were analyzed.The patients with vertical deviation smaller than 25° were treated by inferior oblique recession.The patients with vertical deviation greater than 25° had undergone ipsilateral inferior oblique recession combined with ipsilateral superior rectus contracture or contralateral inferior oblique weaking.Results The patients were followed up for 2-36 months after surgery.The eye position was normal in 51 cases,improved in 7 cases.Abnormal head tilt towards the contralateral shoulder was disappeared in 53 cases,and was reduced in 5 cases.46 cases were cured and 12 cases turned better.Conclusion The reasonable operation depended on the degree of the deviation is the key point for successful surgery.
