目的 探讨应用改良睑板条带外眦固定联合下睑缩肌折叠术治疗重度或复发性老年性下睑内翻的效果.方法 对26例(36眼)重度或复发性老年性下睑内翻采用改良睑板条带外眦固定联合下睑缩肌折叠术进行治疗.结果 术后均获一期愈合,下睑内翻矫正良好.随访1个月～4年,未见复发.结论 本改良术式治疗老年性重度或复发性下睑内翻,可获得较好的美容效果.
目的 探討應用改良瞼闆條帶外眥固定聯閤下瞼縮肌摺疊術治療重度或複髮性老年性下瞼內翻的效果.方法 對26例(36眼)重度或複髮性老年性下瞼內翻採用改良瞼闆條帶外眥固定聯閤下瞼縮肌摺疊術進行治療.結果 術後均穫一期愈閤,下瞼內翻矯正良好.隨訪1箇月～4年,未見複髮.結論 本改良術式治療老年性重度或複髮性下瞼內翻,可穫得較好的美容效果.

Objective To explore the surgical effect of improved tarsal strip lateral canthus fixation combined with lower eyelid retractor plication for the treatment of severe or recurrent entropion.Methods Thirty-six eyes of 26 cases of severe or recurrent senile lower eyelid entropion were treated by improved tarsal strip lateral canthus fixation combined with lower eyelid retractor plication.The surgical effect and complications were analyzed.Results All patients were cured by one surgery.They were satisfied with the surgical results.No recurrence was observed during 1 month to 4 years of follow-up.Conclusion Improved tarsal strip lateral canthus fixation combined with lower eyelid retractor plication has satisfactory cosmetic effect for the treatment of severe or recurrent lower eyelid entropion.
